A. Reasons given to support the claim are ones that include how many lives are taken by guns, and the current gun laws that are in place.
B. The writer uses statistics to back up her reasons.
C. From the statistics showing how many lives are being taken you see that the writers reasons and indeed plausible and sufficient.

A. Yes the writer does point out the main counterargument which she states is that many people believe that gun control laws would be taking away their constitutional right to own a gun. She deals with this by reinforcing that the goal isn't to take away guns but to create laws that will ensure the safety of both users and civilians who do not take part in this right.
B. She clearly acknowledges the counterargument and clears up the confusion some think when they hear that gun control laws should be in place.
C. The writer treats the other argument respectively but also dismissively because it is one that does not make sense and is only brought up by confusion.

C. Yes I do sense that me and the writer have the same beliefs due to us both taking the same stance on this issue.
